Time traveller caught on camera

Here's a clip form the 1928 Charlie Chaplin movie The Circus, discovered by George Clarke. In it, you can see a woman who appears to be talking on a mobile phone. It's got a lot of attention on Youtube and people are saying it's a time traveller.
